The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Songle, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.
Songle does not allow user uploads or submissions. The App's content consists of daily curated songs from our database.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SONGLE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Songle regarding the App and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
